Job Responsibilities:
1. Under the guidance of the general manager, be responsible for formulating annual and quarterly sales plans, and formulating sales strategies based on customer and market conditions.
2. Lead the Ministry of Foreign Trade to actively explore international markets, contact foreign customers, seek orders, and lead business negotiations and contract signing.
3. Responsible for the negotiation, signing, document review, order management, transportation, customs declaration, foreign exchange collection, etc. of foreign trade orders.
4. Responsible for the evaluation, tracking, management and risk control of foreign trade orders.
5. Responsible for foreign trade business process management and risk control.
6. Responsible for tracking the production and supply of orders received, cargo inspection, commodity inspection (some have been canceled), customs declaration and other processes, and handling problems that arise in each link in a timely manner.
7. Responsible for recording contact information of foreign customers and grasping customer needs.
8. Responsible for organizing relevant personnel to confirm the requirements of foreign customers and review sales contracts to ensure that customer requirements are met, and keep review records.
9. Communicate and coordinate well with various departments, and coordinate with customers in a timely manner. For example: sample supply cycle, sample technical requirements, etc. to meet customer requirements and meet customer requirements to the greatest extent.
10. Regularly keep track of samples from new foreign customers and handle customer requests in a timely manner.
11. Timely collect complaints from foreign customers and information about unqualified products, organize, analyze, summarize, and classify them and transfer them to the technical department for processing, and promptly feedback the processing results to customers, communicate well with customers, and provide pre-sales and after-sales services .
12. Responsible for the development and management of foreign agents. Foreign agents report customer records to avoid customer conflicts.
13. Carry out customer satisfaction surveys and statistical work, and reflect customer information in a timely manner.
14. Responsible for the daily work management of the sales team, helping to establish, supplement, develop and train the sales team, stimulate team strength and improve work efficiency.
